We've transformed this space with beautiful shiplap walls, stunning hardwood floors, and a fresh coat of paint that really brightens things up. (believe it or not, it's not tile!) A complete transformation and remodel including plastic surround, laminate floors, tub installation, new pedestal sink and mirror.

This large basement started as a cold concrete box. We framed all walls, closets, and ceilings. All new electrical was ran for the modern halo lights, switches and receptacles. Then came drywall, paint and trim. Finally our carpet guys came in to finish the job making it a playful, cozy environment for the family.

This bathroom with access to the pool outside needed to be extra durable. So we ripped out the old chipped tile floor and subfloor. We started fresh with 3/4" ply wood and Schluter underlayment. Installed the beautiful tile with a white marble step riser. And after grouting, sealed it with a strong water based sealer to ensure everything lasts for years to come.

This bathroom remodel features a full plastic shower surround with sliding glass doors, a spacious double vanity, and bright vanity lights. The LVP flooring is durable and looks great, while the heat lamp and numerous grab bars add comfort and safety. It’s a perfect blend of modern design and practical features!
